• A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows will be charged the full service price.

By providing your card on file, you agree to these policies and authorize Salon361 to charge your card for late cancellations or no-shows.

A valid credit card is required to book an appointment. By booking, you authorize Salon361 to charge your card for late cancellations or no-shows.

We accept credit/debit cards and digital payments. A 3% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

For safety reasons, we recommend not bringing children unless they are receiving a service. We cannot assume responsibility for unattended children.
Exceptions may be made for:
• Baby carriers
• Nursing mothers
• Supervised siblings or family members
Due to limited space, children and extra guests cannot be accommodated at the nail bar unless receiving a service.

We do not offer refunds on services performed. However, if you are unsatisfied, we will gladly adjust our work at no additional charge. If you prefer a different stylist for the correction, let us know, and we will arrange an alternative solution.

We stand by our work and are committed to quality services and customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your service, contact us within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment.
For nail services, if chipping or lifting occurs within the first week, we offer a free nail repair.
